Our Mission Statement
Our mission in life is not merely to survive but to thrive and do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour, and some style.
We strive to provide professional services, including quality, environmental, health and safety, and energy business management systems implementation, upgrade, and integration.

An Idea Is Born
International Standard Organisation (ISO) brought out new management system standards, such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The changes organisations are required to implement are significant. The target deadline for the update process was September 2018.
Improved Ways Limited was formed to provide the expertise needed to implement a smooth transition. Additionally, ISO has brought out a new health and safety management system standard called ISO 45001:2018. The implementation of such a system will require skills and knowledge to integrate into the businesses seamlessly.

Aerospace Experience
Improved Ways Limited recognised that next to the automotive and oil and gas sector is another significant sector worthy of focus. Potential new clients could come onboard if aerospace quality management experience was to be gained. AS9100D aerospace quality management system experience was gained through permanent employment whilst the company was shelved.
The company was relaunched in 2021 with significant experience in AS9100D and AQAP 2110 NATO quality assurance requirements for design, development, and production and 2310 NATO quality management system requirements for aviation, space, and defence suppliers. The understanding of the EASA Part 145 approved maintenance organisation concept was also gained.

"Improved Ways Limited has recently finished integrating our 3 manufacturing locations' stand alone quality and environmental management systems and at the same time he also made them 2015 proof. The work Improved Ways Limited has planned and completed with the location teams was very well organised and communicated.
It was also well supported by the senior management team. The disruption to the organisation was minimal however the project successfully reached every part of the organisation through gap assessment audits, process mapping workshops, process trainings and internal audits.
As a result of Improved Ways Limited's diligent and dedicated hard work, my Division now has uniform high level business processes satisfying both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 international management system standards. This new integrated management system created a common language amongst the different locations and eliminated parallel processing thus creating significant time and cost savings.
